YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!
It’s crazy to see my glutes transformation still travelling net! This is what consistent clean eating (with 1 guilt-free meal a week), no alcohol, HIIT, and lifting got me. Honestly, it’s hard to believe that that was my butt!!! How did I not know?
This is a good reminder that if I don’t continue to work hard in the gym and stick to eating clean that that saggy butt could be mine once again.
Eat clean, squat deep and keep it tight!
[BEFORE to AFTER took 5 months]
For those of you who want a before and after, this isn’t me, it’s http://thefameofhealthandfitness.tumblr.com

I started at 156lbs this March and ended with 121lbs. Since mid-June, I’ve gained some weight, but I’m working on getting fit and healthy again.
I’ve never really seen my before and after picture like this and wanted to tell people- IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU!
